Certainly imaginative and set the precedent for some well-established sci-fi tropes.

Something about the framing device of him telling the story in the present day became a drag, and I thought more could have been done with the time traveling concept (most of the story was about him being stuck in one particular time period).

I understand that this is all in service of a particular theme, but I didn’t really enjoy it. 🤷‍♀️
