This was a tough one to read. Mura, the MC, is intellectually disabled, and is barely able to work for food. He tries to get by, but terrible things continue to happen to him.

When he finds out about the death of his parents, he is unable to bear it and and attempts self harm.It’s written in first person perspective, which makes it even more heartbreaking to read. It’s hard to outright recommend this to people, but if you’re ready for an exploration of a broken-man who never stood a chance in society, this is one to read.
